Yes, during the warranty, you can get those spare parts for free: small electric push rod, relay, speed control knob, rocker
switch, steering handle, universal wheel. We also suggest you buy those above spare parts when you purchase, you can get them prepared before your equipment out of warranty. Before the equipment going to be shipped, we will send those quick-wear parts to you: 2*electric push rod, 2*steering handle, 1*relay
5. Do you send service staff overseas?
Yes, for the serious equipment issues which customers can not solved, SUNRAY will send after-sales service engineers to provide free maintenance service overseas. SUNRAY will pay the engineer's salary, but the customers need to bear the engineer's travel expenses and accommodation expenses
