I. Wallboard	Adopt high quality fireproof insulation EPS panel, thickness: 75mm (Rock wall optional) Density is 12kg/m3 0.476mm thick colored steel on both side.
II. Foundation System	Full metal foundation, two rows flat steel grids and three rows metal non-slip diamond plates, the grids are twisted steel for the cross bar steel grating. Galvanized and beautiful, durable and better force bearing.

Panel

Panel are EPS corlorful Steel Skin Tongue & Groove Stype Compound Construction Board. It keeps a good warm preservation, low heating guide, light weight and vivid color. The life-span can last 20 years. Scientific joints sealed technology can make the entire cabin system firmly, so as to prevent heating from escaping and dust getting into the workplace.

Italy Riello Burner

The Riello burner not only the use of energy but also guarateed the zero pollution of the environment. The matched heating exchanger is welded of anti-high-temperature stainless plates. With scientific design and manufacturing, heating exchange rate reachs 85% or above. The charateristics are: Large heating exchange square, burning effectively, high heating efficiency, safety and relliability.

Centrifugal Insulated Fan

The fan with low noisy and large air volume can ensure air-flow to be about 0.3m/s in the workplace. It guaratees not only the formability of the painting, but also improves the use of the painting. At the same time it can meet the demands of the air purification to ensure the healty of the workers. To guarantee the quality of painting, positive pressure in the cabin can effectively prevent dust getting into the workplace.

Lighting system

Lighting system includes a right and left single control switches, to keep zero shadow when painting, Philip LED lamps and professionally designed electronic ballast specialized for spray booths are used. The lighting reaches more than 800 Lux.

Switzerland original BELLMO auto damper

The AUTO damper is oil saving and electricity saving. It will be upright when paint. The time of warm preservation lasts long. It will open the 90° angle automatically when spraying and baking. and it produce inner circulation.

Control Box

The whole operation and control parts are selected from electronic parts jowhich enjoys high quality. The parts are well designed with a stable system function and can service for you reliably, conveniently and correctly. Each control state can be exactly adjust and its procedure control installment can reveal the inside temperature and dyring time of the spray booth.

Air Filter System
