1.Description of cold extrusion press rebar couplers and machines:

1.Description of Cold Extrusion Press System:

This system contains YJ650 machine, YJ800 machine and rebar coupler. The products meets the requirement of JGJ108-96.
  1. One full set of YJ650: can process rebar whose diameter is from 16mm to 32mm.
  2. One full set of YJ800: can process rebar whose diameter is from 32mm to 40mm.
  3. One full set of YJ650 and PRESSURE EQUIPMENT of YJ800 can process 16mm-40mm.

2.Working principle of cold press screwless machinery:

It can link the rebar with sidewise extrusion by the cold extrusion press machine, make the coupler plastic deformation then occlude tightly with the steel in order to link the rebar.

It belongs to Grade 2 connection
(1)The tensile strength of rebar splicing is very strong, it can meet requirement of standard at home and abroad such as: China Standard(JGJ107), America Standard(UBC1997), British Standard(BSB110), French Standard(NF25-20-1), German Standard(DIN1045), ISO/WD15835(draft);

(3)Small need of impetus, no affected by the electric power supply in the site;
