Full automatic, one pedal touching, auto feeding, bending, and pushing out. you get the tray.
The system is a unique solution special developed for cable tray/trunking manufacturing. Main unit is a CNC controlled Hydraulic
Brake, upgraded with Sheet feeding from auxiliary table, and unit of Pushing the finished tray to the side run out table. It
consists of Mechanical frame, Ram Assembly, Worktable, back gauge system, synchronous system, Hydraulic system, Front automatic
feeding table, Front & Back Pneumatic Support, Automatic push-out device, CNC and electrical system.
Compared with cable tray rolling machine, it is more flexible for different size trays, and can achieve more accurate and
beautiful trays.
