Introduction:
Chip Spreaders are designed to accurately and efficiently apply a controlled amount of aggregate to the road in the chip seal process. Chip Spreaders achieve these results using a hydrostatic drive system and a variable width spread hopper to applymultiple aggregate sizes and application rates thru a full range of travel speeds and spreading widths.
Binding spreading truck is a pavement construction of special machinery widely used in pavement cold in place recycling and water stable layer laying, soil improvement and stability of construction.
Chip Spreader truck is consist of auxiliary engine ,power hopper , conveying screw, material spreading system, powder hopper gate device, hydraulic system and electrical control system. The rated volume of the powder hopper is 16m³, which meet the needs of large-area continuous construction; Equipped with fast interface, it can directly connect with bulk powder transport vehicle, which is convenient for feeding; PLC automatically controls the speed of feeding screw and spreader roller according to the speed of the vehicle, the spreader quantity is controlled accurately. The max. spreader quantity is 40kg / ㎡, the spreader width is 2.5m; Combined with the pulse injection filter cartridge dust removal device specially designed for the powder distributor, the dust pollution during operation can be effectively reduced; Imported electro-hydraulic proportional control system, accurate control, energy saving and efficient; The whole vehicle has beautiful appearance, reliable performance and stable quality.
Features:
*The large powder hopper can effectively improve the continuous operation capacity of the machine. There are double manhole on the top of the hopper with a ladder device , which is convenient for maintenance;
*The adjustable pressure reducing beam (patented technology) is specially set in the hopper, which can set the appropriate height of the pressure reducing beam for different materials, it is convenient to adjust;
*It is equipped with the indication of the high and low material level of the hopper, with the display and alarm function of full and insufficient material;
*The feeding pipeline is equipped with a fast interface, which can be quickly connected with the bulk material transport tank vehicle, and the max. Loading speed is 1.2T/min . Also can feed the material from the manhole in the top of hopper.
*Large feeding screw, single feeding screw conveying capacity the max. Capacity is 80T/ h, the application of our company's products after several years of practice and engineering optimization of the variable pitch balanced conveying technology (patented technology), can effectively reduce the mechanical resistance of feeding, prolong the service life of the screw;
*The screw blade of the material conveying material is made of HARDOX450 imported from Sweden. Compared with the ordinary carbon steel, the wear resistance is increased by 3-5 times, and the maintenance period of the blade is greatly prolonged;
*Large diameter trough impeller spreader roll integrates metering and spreading function to ensure the accuracy and uniformity of spreading amount (patented technology);
*Load sensitive hydraulic system, Danfoss variable displacement piston pump and proportional valve imported from Denmark, the standby mode is close to zero flow output, the output flow and pressure of the hydraulic pump can be adjusted adaptively with the change of load in the working mode, there is no overflow, the excess energy loss is eliminated, and the energy saving is efficient; Eaton low-speed and high torque motor imported from the United States is adopted for the feeding screw. The output torque of the motor can reach 1570nm, ensuring the driving ability and reliable performance;
*It has the function of automatic detection of hydraulic oil temperature. When the oil temperature exceeds the limit, it will give an alarm, and automatically turn on the cooler fan and buzzer to prompt the operator to stop and cool down, so as to prevent damage to components caused by high hydraulic oil temperature.
*Specially equipped with pulse injection dust removal device (patented technology), the filtering area is 20m2, and the dust
removal efficiency can reach 99.5%, Reduce the dust pollution during feeding and protect the health of construction workers;
*Imported from Germany Siemens PLC control components, modular design, equipped with touch screen, real-time display of working status parameters, only one person can complete the spreading operation in the cab, with friendly interface, convenient operation and reliable work;
