The machine set coil uncoiling, aluminum (AL) feeding, blister forming, filling, waste recycling, heat sealing, print a batch number, reticulate indentation, edition piece rushed cut, display finished counting and ten functions in one, goods packaging sealing good, safe and sanitary.

Main Features
1. Newest type high-power transmission mechanism to arrange the chain and drive the main driving shaft. The errors and noises of other gear wheel transmission can be avoided.
2. Imported controlling system is adopted; also it can be equipped with detecting and rejection function device for number of medicines according to the user’s requirement.
3. Photoelectrical controlling system to make PVC, PTP, Aluminum/Aluminum material to be automatically fed and waste side to be cut automatically to guarantee the Synchronous stability of over- length distance and multi stations.
4. It can be optional equipped with photocell correction device, imported stepper motor traction and image- character register to optimize packing grade.

Providing photographer recording high precision video about installing, debugging and changing mould for you before shipment, cost paid by ourselves. The video helps you operate the machine better, which not provided by other suppliers.

Different languages are available to be inputted in the touch screen, such as Russian, Arabic, French, Spanish etc., in order to help your machine operator understand and run machine smoothly.
Service 3
We will dispatch engineers to your site for machine installation and commissioning, and also do the training for your technicians.

We make guarantee of the machine for 12 (twelve) months. During this Warranty period, the seller will provide free spare parts that cause by the machine’s quality within 10 days by fast courier upon receipt of buyer’s notice. We will also provide one set of spare parts /wear & tear parts to customer along with the shippment of the machine.
