Q: Where is your factory ? Could I visit your factory ?

A: Our factory is located in Changzhou city ,near shanghai city .We are warmly welcome you to visit our factory ,and we can pick you from Shanghai station or Changzhou station .

Q:How is the after sales service ?

A:We provide one year warranty, all machine parts can be replaced for free within 1 year if broken (not including error operation ). Our engineers can also go to your factory to install machines and train your workers.

Q: What is the terms of payment you accept?

A:We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit, pay the 70% balance upon get the copy of B/L at sight.

Q: Are we still need to install the machine after we got?

A:We will adjust machine the best before delivery, and we also send you manual book or operating video to teach you how to use the machine. Technician can be sent to the installing for the new machine for free, but tickets, hotel and accommodation etc. will at the buyer's cost.

Q: How long we will get the machine?

A: We usually the delivery machine by ship, and we will arrange delivery within 20 days(depends quantity you ordered) once you place order. If it is customized by customer(OEM), the lead time is 20-30 days.
