The production process：
PVC heating---Blister card forming---servo motor traction---blister card cutting---blister card transfer to the rotary by manipulator-- 2 battery feeder working--- paper card lay down ----blister and paper card sealing----product output
(Optional device: euro-hole machine, labelling machine，ink-jet printer )

PVC roll heating and forming to be the blister ,then will be transferred and cuted by servo motor traction and punching station.
Rotary running detail
there are six station on the rotary,which is blister card transfer station, battery feeder station 1-2, paper card station and product output station.
