Main Features
1) Dual control modes of fully automatic control and manual control are available . During the entire experimental process , the color LCD touch screen animation display is available .
2) During experiments , the new spray atomizer would never be off-center in atomization , and there won't be affected recovery rate by spraying on the bottle wall . The spray atomizer can change the spray site to improve the spray effect by moving up and down ; notably , the spray atomizer has excellent adaptability to material with high viscosity and few blocking situation .
3) Shutdown protection function: just press the stop button when shutting down . The machine will stop running immediately except for the blower to ensure that the heating part of the equipment will not break down due to improper operation (shutting down the
blower by force) .
4) Laboratory spray dryer yc-500 standard tail gas dedusting equipment can reduce environmental pollution while effectively improving the yield , especially the yield of difficult recycle .
5) It can be upgraded to an organic solvent model with inert loop system .
