Machine introduction:
Spray drying is the technology most widely used in the liquid shaping and drying industrial. The drying technology is most suitable for producing solid powder or pasticle products from liquid materials, such as : solution, emulsion, suspension and pumpable paste states. Therefor , when the particle size and distribution of the final products, residual water contents, msaa desnsity and the particle shape meet the precise standard, spray drying is one of the most desired processing technology.
Machine working principle:
The air enter into the air distribution of the dryer top after been filtered and heated. The hot air enters into the drying room evenly in the situation of sprial form. The liquid will be spray into the very extremely fine liquid drop after pass through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer on the tower top, and then through very shot time contacting with the hot air , the liquid material will be dried into the final powder products. The final products will be dishcharge out from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclones, the waste air will be dicharged out also.
Machine features:
1. High drying speed, the drying process only need several seconds, which is very suitable for the heat sensitive materials.
2. The final products has the advantage of good evenly, fluidity and solubility, high purity and goods quality.
3. Simple produce process, easy operation. For 40%-60% (some special material can reach to 90%)moisture content liquid can be dried into powder one time. After dried, no need crushing or selecting, reduce process steps,improve product purity.
4. For product particle diameter size, density, moisture cna be change in some range according to change the operation condition.
