Low Temperature Lab Pray Dryer Price
Spray Dryer is a special drying equipment for drying emulsions, suspensions, pastes, solutions and other liquids. It performs particularly well in the drying of polymers and resins: pigments: ceramics, glass, rust removers,insecticides:carbohydrates, dairy products: detergents and surface active; fertilizers: organic compounds, inorganic compounds materials.
Principle of operation
The air passes through the filter and heater and enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, the hot air enters the dryer in a spiral shape evenly.
The liquid is pumped from the liquid tank through the filter to the centrifugal atomiser of the dryer, so that the liquid is sprayed into very small mist droplets, and the liquid and the hot air come into contact in parallel, so that the water evaporates rapidly and dries into powder products in a very short time.
The finished product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.
