Application
This aluminum blister packing machine is suitable for packaging capsules and tablets that require high packaging standards to protect their quality and extend the validity period. This machine has two functions: aluminum foil cold forming blister and PVC thermoforming blister. These two functions are converted by changing the mold.

1- All key components are made of high-quality stainless steel and aluminum alloy materials.
2- Novel mold positioning device, easy to replace the mold.
3- The indentation and batch number stations are separated independently to ensure the clarity of indentation and printing.
4- The transmission of the machine is isolated from the work area to prevent pollution and facilitate cleaning.
5- The material feeding is controlled by the precision servo motor, and the synchronous precision and the stroke length are set by the man-machine interface.
6- Alu/plastic (thermoforming) and Alu/Alu (cold forming) general mechanism: Alu/Alu filler only needs to replace the mold and the corresponding feeder.
