German MAN CAFS fire truck is built on the chassis of TGM18.290 fire truck manufactured by German Man Group. The fire truck consists of crew room and truck body. The crew room is the factory original double raw driving cab which can take 4 crews. The truck is of internal tank structure. The front parts is the equipment box, the middle is the tank, two sides of the tank are equipment boxes, and the rear parts is the pump room. The tank is made of 304 stainless steel tank connected elastically with the chassis. The water tank capacity is 3000kg and the foam tank capacity is 1000kg. Equipped with Compressed Air Foam System used by MicroCAFS3000 fire truck, with rated flow of 50L/S, and 8 CAFS foam nozzle. A 380M hose can be laid up the fire stairs to support two 400L/min flow water nozzle to fight the fire simultaneously using CAFS, with the end muzzle pressure of 5bar. It is widely used by underground, petroleum, chemical, large shopping malls, high-rise residential buildings, cultural relics, railway stations and docks.It is especially water and foam saving, efficient and environment friendly, without any secondary damage. The CAFS is easily operational and maintenance-free. CAFS can be released with one key, and there is no need to clean the foam pump after use.

CAFS, the system that produces commercial-quality CAFS (compressed air foam), USES a mixture of backward suction at different flow
outlets, mixes water, foam and pressurized air with active mixing technology, decompresses the spray foam, and then realizes the
application of multiple injection devices through a casing system.
The foam generating efficiency achieved by the system enables CAFS foam to form homogeneous and stable strong heat dissipation
structure, which is suitable for solid and liquid fire, and can quickly realize heat exchange and achieve rapid cooling effect.
