Product analysis






The solar pump system is mainly composed of solar panel,solar pump inverter,water pump,PV combiner box,mounting bracket,cables,water level sensor and other necessary accessories.The  generation technology is used to solve the problem of water supply.It is widely used in agriculture irrigation,irrigation station reconstruction,household water supply and desert greening,where there is no electricity or insufficient electricity.

       The photovoltaic array is made up of many solar panels connected in series and in parallel,and the solar energy is converted into electric energy by absorbing the solar radiation energy to provide power for the solar pump system.

       The solar pump inverter transfer the solar DC to be AC,drives the water pump to supply water,with the functions of MPPT,water level control,AC/DC switching,fully automatic operation,etc.,to control and adjust the whole system operation.

       The pump are deep well pump,submersible pump,horizontal centrifugal pump,vertical multistage centrifugal pump,driven by single-phase or three phase AC motors,pumping water from deep well,river and lake,injecting pool or tank,or agricultural irrigation and domestic water supply.

       The mounting bracket provides fixed and support for the solar panel.It is installed at the best angle according to the latitude of different regions to achieve the maximum power generation efficiency of solar modules.With good performances of earthquake resistance,wind resistance and corrosion resistance,and solar panel can be installed on the ground or roof.

       The accessories are mainly DC/AC cables,water pipes,water lever sensor,wire rope for hanging pump,DC/AC multi-meter,MC4 connector,filter,reactor,etc.

Application






Demand:
Pakistan is a big country with traditional agricutural production.Due to the shortage of electricity,when agricultural irrigation needs water,it often loses power,which will have a great impact and loss on the cultivation of local farmers.


Soultion:
Adopting the new Craftsman 3KW photovoltaic pump system,the 4.8KW solar module drives the 3KW water pump through the 4KW photovoltaic pump inverter.The system pumps water from the 8m water depth to the adjacent reservoir,and the flows through the channel to each in the farmland,working 6-8 hours a day,100~150 cubic meters of water can be pumped for farmland irrigation,solving the water can be shortage due to power shortage and water shortage,fully automatic operation,no operation.






Demand:
