U Baffle Ceiling Roll Forming Machine
KINGREAL baffle metal ceiling roll forming machine is use aluminum strip as raw materials. The basic production process of the baffle ceiling making machine is decoiler, continuously cold roll forming, cut to length, etc. The baffle ceiling height and width can be adjusted stepless. And it can produce any size baffle ceiling in the design scope.
KINGREAL U baffle suspended ceiling making machine can produce various sizes of metal baffles on one machine. By simply inputing the request baffle width and height on the touch scree, the servo motor will drive the forming rollers to the requested position.
With different raw materials, our machine can produce different sizes of baffle ceilings, acoustic linear baffle ceilings, aluminum baffle strips, steel baffle strips and etc.
High precision straightener is used to ensure the levelness of the final products.
Machine cover is for your option for the CE certificate and Europe markets to ensure the safety operation and prevent of working injuries.

We use safety protective cover in order to keep our U baffle ceiling roll forming machine operator save.The cover is assembled by high-strength aluminium profile and acrylic.Once it was open,machine would be automatically shutdown,and there are a lot of other functions to avoid work injuries caused by accidental contacts which make the whole machine more humanised.In addition,the protective cover is a mandatory option for CE certification and the European market.
