Brief introduction:
This centrifuge is top discharging, hermetic closure type equipment. The material is fed into the drum through the feeding pipe on the hermetic closure casing; under the action of the centrifuge force field, the liquid-phase passes through the filter medium and the discharged out of the machine, while the solid-phase material is retained inside the drum and, after the machine is stopped, the material is discharged from the top. The centrifuge has such features as smooth running, easy & convenient operation as well as conducting feeding, washing and dehydrating under the state of hermetic closure, etc.

Basket：
Adopts welded structure. The material of the bottom is cast iron covered with SS304，the basket wall uses SS304.
Bearing housing:
The bearing housing adopts cast iron parts, the design of reliable. The dismantling and maintenance is convenient; The shaft seal adopts imported oil seal (UKS), the sealing is reliable; the bearing capacity is strong、low noise and long running life；lubricating oil can be able to 380 ℃.

Process overview：
1. Operator fills filter bag with milled plant material and places it into the machine.
2. Then flooded the centrifuge, and bi-directionally agitated for full target compound removal.
3. After washing, the plant material undergoes a high speed spin dry to remove the liquid as much as possible.
4. The alcohol wash is then collected to containers for further processing.

Working steps:
1. Put the filter bag into the basket before power-on.
2. Set the operator’s specifications on the touch screen.
3.Open the lid and put inside the plant material undergoes a wash with a set number of bi-directional agitations
4. After washing , open the outlet valve, the alcohol wash is pumped to a storage tank for further processing
5.Then drying cycle is started until the liquid drained.
6.Open the lid after the machine stopped, unload the filter bag outside the basket within the plant material.
7.Repeat Process.
