2. Where is your factory located?
Currently we have two factories in China. One is located in Nanyang City, Henan Province, another one located in high-tech harbor City, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China . You are warmly welcome to visit us at any time.

3. What are your main products?
We are mainly producing commercial and industrial automatic coffee roasters in different capacity, including 1kg , 2kg ,2.5kg, 3kg ,5/6kg , 10/12kg ,15kg, 20kg, 30kg-300kg batch, as well as coffee related machines such like coffee grinders, ESP smoker filters etc.

4. How long is the production leadtime?
Generally it is 5-10 days for goods in stock. In the case of out of stock or large orders, it will take 15-20 days. QTY of the orders will be taken into consideration.

5. What payment terms do you accept?\t
Payment terms: TT in advance (30% of deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment), bank transfer, Paypal, L/C etc. Please note we do EXW/CNF/CIF/DDU/DDP/FOB.

6. How do your quality control systems operate?\t
We have professional designer team, and employ experienced engineers to strictly guarantee the production. Meanwhile our factory owns ISO9001 and is CE and ROHS certified.

7 . How can we become your distributor?\t

*Gas roaster produces more smoke than electric one.

*Electric roaster requires no skills in roasting.

*Gas roaster is manual and requires serious skills in maintaining heat and timing.

*Coffee beans from electric roaster taste all the same whereas gas one offer different results.

2. Material Construction of Drum: Stainless Steel VS Cast Iron

*Cast iron roaster needs better care whereas stainless steel can be used pretty roughly.

*Stainless steel roaster offers greater resistance and durability.

*Cast iron used in the roaster machine is actually welded steel.

*Stainless steel roaster is actually a sophisticated alloy with high thermal conductivity. 

3. Operational Control: Automatic VS Manual

*Manual coffee machines are mostly used for commercial purposes in small coffee shops, small in size and easy to operate, but requires a lot more manual labor.

*Automatic coffee roasting machine usually serves for large-scale commercial purposes and has their own presets, requiring no manpower.
