Hot Air Pressure Gauge
Controlling airflow is very important during roast, Normally, we control airflow is only by manual damper.
But once you forget to clean up the exhaust pipe and exhaust fan motor in time, the dust and chaff may block the pipe or motor, or
if you meet the bad weather (like strong wind, heavy rain etc.), you may not get exact pressure value by manual damper.Then the
hot air pressure gauge can help you get the real airflow pressure value in any condition, that makes your roast more
precisely.

Double Wall Drum
WS-3 coffee roaster use a double-layer drum coffee roaster，the drum is made of two layers carbon steel , drum total thickness is
10 mm. Carbon steel conduct heat better than stainless steel. When it starts heating up, the hot air quickly full fill in the gap
between two layers, the inner drum is surrounded by hot air, and the hot air can evenly through inner drum to beans , let your
roasting flavor better, don't burnt the beans.

Powerful Uniform Burner
Our team work hard for developing high performance heating burner.It is easy to ignite the fire on burner and keep it in strong to
heat up the drum, plus the durable insulation layer around the drum, you can maximum use the heats only to beans which saves the

Gas Gauge Lock
WS-3 coffee roaster Gas gauge is more precise and the gas pressure knob can be locked.
After you adjusted gas pressure value, you can push the gas pressure knob into machine to lock the operation and avoid someone
else touching or mis operate it.And our Gas pressure gauge is also durable and better quality than other brand.

Large Maintains access
WS-3 is designed with large maintenance access which is easy to clean and replace parts.
If you need to clean or replace the gas pressure meter or the gas burner, you just need to screw off the little bolts on the
maintenance access door to finish it. This is the great improvement from our previous model.

Upgrade lighter
WS-3 roaster have upgrade light help you view the beans during roasting. It have three color light, in the middle is a magnifying glass. You can choose different light color in different light environment. And you can view the beans size change and color change more clearly.
Additional function
1.One key for warm up.
Before roasting, roaster need warm up, you can use Warm up function, the roaster will be warm up your roaster to 200 degree, and will stop heating automatically, when temperature is low, it will heat automatically, keep your roaster is warm, ready to roast.
2.Emergency stop
In case there is emergency situation, you can push this button, the gas and electric will both shut off, you can leave your roaster in safe situation.
Fast cooling

Chaff filter and exhaust system
WS-3 roaster have a system to separate the chaff , as soon as the chaff drop from the beans, it will be soon flow out by the fan, won't make your beans and smoke smell.
