SKP-1 coffee capsule machine filling is a multifunctional high-speed full automatic machine specially designed for K-cup(Nespresso) coffee capsule products (or other kinds of powder products, such as tea powder, cocoa powder, etc. ) to be filled and sealed. SKP-1 coffee capsule filling sealing machine applied with world famous electrical and pneumatic components. All the parts of machine contact with powder are made of stainless steel.

1. This machine is suitable for compatible Nespresso coffee capsules, such as: Nespresso, k-cup, lavazzablue, A Modo Mio, K-shot, one cup, Dolce Gusto, etc..
2. This machine can not only work with powdery products, but also with something liquid, cream, paste, or granule, etc...
3. According to the capsules/cups stackable or not, the vertical capsule/cups feeding/ horizontal capsules loading or the
automatic centrifugal/vibration capsules loading feeding methods will be optional.
4. With world famous brand servo driving auger filling system, for much better filling accuracy;
5. With mixing system to flat the powdery level for better filling pressure, a better filling accuracy
6. With Nitrogen flushing function to prolong the product shelf life.
7. With optional stuff material feeding methods
8. With tamping station and vacuum capsule top rim clean function for better sealing effect
