Main Features

1)In view of the unstable voltage in the working environment, the motor is designed with an automatic power-off protection mechanism to protect the motor. Inside the electric chassis, the climbing function is also designed to adapt to different working environments, not only to work on a flat surface, but also to grind on a wavy surface.

2)  The planetary counter-rotation system reduces the biasing force generated during grinding, which is convenient for holding the machine, balancing the distribution of the grinding head pressure, making the grinding more uniform and flatter. The strong driving force of 20HP makes the work efficiency much improved.

3)The start button, machine forward speed, grinding wheel rotation speed, and speed display can all be operated on the control panel.

4) Lighting control.Turn the lights on and off individually, front and back, via the control panel on the machine or remote control.Flexible LED lighting as accessory.

5) The water volume used during wet grinding can be controlled from the HMI panel. Automatic ON/OFF during grinding.Easy access to water connection with quick coupler. Connected directly to water line.

6)A small detail that makes a huge difference.Prevents the metal tools to overheat and significantly increase the machines stripping capacity. 

7)The design of the universal wheel facilitates the rotation in different directions. At the same time, the design of the stop buckle is convenient for stopping.

8)when encountering a wavy surface,the machine can achieve a 25°climbing,which realizes the drawback that the machine can only work on the horizontal ground,adapting to the multiple.

9)Suitable for industrial use, with large power and high work efficiency.

10)It can be rotated by 180°, and the height of the machine handle can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the workers, and the design is humanized.
