Double walled drum
The best classic drum roasters have a double walled drum been made of carbon steel. In a double drum, flame contacted directly with the outer drum, while the inner drum remains cooler. A double drum decreases conduction of heat and reduces the risk of tipping, scorching and facing.

You can watch and record your roasting profile details on your mobile phone. Just download” gangs of roasters” from your mobile phone APP store, then connect to WS-500 by Bluetooth to enjoy and share your own roast with friends immediately.
