HT-manufacture refractory heat insulation ceramic fiber modules

 

HT ceramic fiber module adopts high-quality spun fiber blanket; then it is folded and compressed to certain storage. There are various anchor systems. The ceramic fiber module is a new type of refractory furnace lining products aiming at simplifying and speeding up furnace construction and improving the integrity of furnace lining. This product has clean and white color as well as formal dimension, which can be directly fixed on the anchor nail on steel plate for shell of industrial furnace with excellent refractory and insulating effect. Thus, it has improved the refractory and insulating integrity of furnace and pushed forward the progress of furnace construction technology . Modules are available in different classified temperature from 1260°C to 1430°C .

Anchoring metal parts are supplied together with fiber block. Common heat-resistant steels include SUS304 and SUS310 heat-resistant boiler

Specification and Type
Components are normally supplied in 300X300 blocks, thickness 100-350mm, made of 25mm thick blanket.

Package
Components are packed into carton or stockpiled on pallet and wrapped with plastic films.
