It is mainly used for the glues and adhesives, especially for silicon sealant, glass cement, and nail-free glues. This machine is composed by hydraulic filling system, filling control system and automatic capping system. Only one operator can control the whole machine.

 (1). Quantitative system: The system is controlled by PLC.High-precision servo and the high-precision screw control the dosage with high speed and adjustable parameter.

(2). Output system: the material is output by hydraulic pressure system. It has a high working efficiency of 20-30pcs/min. The pressure can be changed for different kinds of material. The hydraulic pressure is separate from the working pressure.The output working pressure is constant to ensure a steady filling performance and the hydraulic motor controls the pressure of the system. It has an energy control system.
