A: we give 24 month manufactuer's warranty on the processor and accessories.
Q: Any engine choice?
A: 37hp gasoline Lifan engine or Honda GX690 optional
Q: what kind of accessories could i choose?
A: 1) log table with chain and in feed conveyor
2) log deck with hydraulic lifter(customer can choose either log table or this log lifter)
3) firewood discharge belt conveyor(3m standard, 4m/5m optional at extra cost)

Q: what is the delivery lead time?
A: usually speaking 30 days
Q: any certificate?
A: EPA approval for USA, Canada, Australian market and the rest market CE okay
Q: how it delivered?
A: usually ocean freight, as this machine is big in size and gross weight up to 990kg, so ocean freight is first choice,
LCL or FCL all okay.
Q: if any parts damaged or broken during warrany, what can you do for that?
A: we will provide the parts for free and get it delivered to customer by express or sea freight, it depends on the parts size and weight; ; also we make sure to provide all the parts for our machine for more than 5 years.
