A: Sure. All customers are welcomed to visit our factory. Besides, we can pick up you at station or airport if needed.

Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Well, the MOQ is different from 1 set to 50 set according to different model.
For mostly firewood processors minimum order quantity is 1 set.
Q: Can we buy one sample?
A: Yes, the samples need to be purchased by you. We will refund the cost of the sample machine in full after you purchase 20 sets of the same model .
Q: What's your delivery time?
A: After receiving your payment, we start to proceed your order. It usually takes about 7~25 days depending on the products you order.
Q: Is OEM acceptable to your factory?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM production is one of our advantages.
