1.wire drawing machine

draw out the big rebar into certain diameter which keep same as the nail you plan to make ,meanwhile the rust which attached on the surface also will be removed if you take our scrap steel bar style wire drawing machine or horizontal style drawing machine .

2.ail making machine

pre-set the length of nail you prefer , then use this machine to produce the wire nail .

3.polishing machine

to make the finished nail more bright ,notes that add some saw powder, paraffin ,oil and other material in the machine when polishing .

Auxiliary equipments of steel production machinery

1. Point rolling machine: 

It is used to sharpen the head of the wire, then the wire can beeasily get into the mouth of the nail machine.

2. Grinder: 

used to make the cutter die sharp.

3. Butt welding machine:
