The main machine

The main machine is the center of the soft gelatin encapsulation machine, whose function is to simultaneously finish the preparation of the gelatin ribbon, quantitative feeding of the content (liquid or sticky materials ). And packing to form the pills.

The dryer

The dryer consists of a one section tumble and one fans. Through adjusting the direction of the tumble, the gelatin capsules can be maintained in it fo drying or be discharged. The dryer is mainly for the forming and drying in soft gelatin capsule production.
