Industry air dryer for compressor

1.All-in-one Stainless steel plate heat exchanger

BDL series refrigeration air dryer is adopted with all-in-one stainless steel plate heat exchanger. The air-to-air heat exchanger,air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger (evaporator) and demister separator are housed in one SS module.

2.Eco-friendly refrigerant compressor 

Each KDL air dryer is equipped with R407C or R134a refrigerant compressor. Scroll compressor offering energy savings of 20 -30% when compared with piston compressors. The ability to tolerate liquid returns coupled with 50% less moving parts render them nearly indestructible and highly reliable.

3.hot-gas by-pass valve

Each model of KDL air dryer is installed with hot-gas by-pass valve which prevents the freezing inside the evaporator at any load condition. The valve is set during final test and no further adjustments are necessary.

4.Electrical control panel 

On/Off switch, Power On light,compressor run light and Refrigerant Suction gauge are standard on all refrigerated air dryers.Analog gauges can be added in any combination to monitor inlet and outlet pressure and inlet and outlet air temperature. Digital dew point controller is optional for 150F and above.
