2. Oven  

The oven is used to dry the products. The moister in the food which come out of the extruder is about 12-18%. With the dry of the dryer, the moister can get down below 10% and this is easy to be storage for long time.

There are heating system and convey system. Some times there is also blower here in order to dry the food fast according to the condition. The heating way is using electric. With heating by heating pipe and the air flow, the moister can be taken out of the food. The belt is driven by the chain while the motor are driven by the transducer, so this is working steady.

There are several cooling fan on the uphill,which will help cool the product before into the oven. 

Pasta will dried by the oven then prepare for the packing.
