Product Application

1) The automatic juice filling machine is mainly used for hot filling machine and sealing of green tea, black tea, and fruit juice drink.
2) Adopt PLC as center controller, make use of pressure transmitter and electromagnetism pneumatic valve to measure liquid level, and keep balance of filling pressure to insure stable liquid level.
3) Adopt new type filling valves which are especially designed for plastic bottles. The returned air and the liquid in filling tank are insulated to insure cleanliness of the filled beverages.
4). Adopt advanced magnet clutches for capping with adjustable tensional moment to insure capping safely and reliably

Main Features

 1). For PLC,Touchscreem ,for  JST company , we  use all Siemens brand 

 2). For filling tank, it has CIP valve  together  

 3). For  cap , we  have  cleaning tunnel ,it will  wash the cap  twice  .First ,use  disinfectant liquid  to wash caps  ,then second ,use  pure  water to wash the  caps again 

4).Under the rinsing machine ,we  have  waste  water collecting tank, the  waste  water can be  re-use  again

5), For filling machine  ,we have  vacuum  system. The  left juice  under  the filling nozzlescan be  return to the  storage tank ,and  vacuum again by t he  vacuum system.

After filling ,there will  be  left juice under the  filling nozzles or filling tank, the  left juice  can be  sent to the  holding tank which is shown in the right photo again , and  vacuum  again , there is vacuum pump in  the  right photo.

The juice  can  be re-use  again.
