JT-SFML520B semi automatic thermal film double side laminator machine is a small laminator which is designed and manufactured upon the market needs. The machine has the feature of compact structure and easy operation. The electric and pneumatic system is controlled by PLC system, color touch screen. And one person can operate it easily. When the operator inputs paper size on touch screen, the machine can realize automatically paper lamination and cut processes, it's an excellent performance of lamination equipment which is good choice for small and medium-size enterprises.

 

Feature: 

• Paper feeding is adopts automatic overlap control system, as long as the operator input paper size overlap length and working speed on screen.
• SCHNEIDER frequency converter is equipped for infinitely variable speed, and the operator can change the machine speed easily and guarantee the machine running stably and quietly.
• Upper and lower heating roller are equipped with cast aluminum heater for raising temperature, separating temperature control perfected the temperature keep steady, ensure the precision of double film lamination temperature.
• Complex pressure adopts lever principle to enhance pressure, preventing it leaking efficiently, no pollution to the environment and the machine use or maintenance conveniently.
• SCHNEIDER PLC system realizes paper automatic cut and breakdown alert self-protection etc, function.
• Pneumatic film unwinding system positions film roll more accurately, and makes the loading and unloading of film roll and film unwinding tension much more convenient.
• Double sets of serrated perforating wheels provide different choices for different specifications of sheets and film.
• The cut paper is sent to paper receiving table automatically and put into order.
