Q1: Can I have a sample order for solar products?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. Can do OEM or ODM?
A: We can do OEM; we are a 26-year-old factory, we have a professional design team, engineer team, after-sales service team, QC team, etc.;
We can do ODM and put your logo on the product or packaging.
Q3.What about lead time?
A:It takes 3-5 days for samples and 1-2 weeks for mass production.
Q4. How about the shipping method ?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5. What is your warranty policy?
A: First of all, our products are produced in a strict quality control system.
Secondly, during the warranty period, we will send new lights in small batches of new orders. For defective bulk products, we will repair them and resend them to you, or we can discuss solutions including recalls based on the actual situation.
