Raw material mixing system and multi-color batch mixing system:

This system is specially R & D by Shuoyu for the quartz stone industry, can produce all kinds of multi-color slabs, the slabs color mixed by this system is clear, no scattering to undesired area. The equipment can adjust mixing combination according to technician's requirement, to help to develop all kinds of high quality color slabs.

Material distribution system: 

It is specially R & D by Shuoyu machinery for its low resin content characteristics, material is distributed uniformly and smoothly, high efficiency, low resin properties can be make color distribution in the distribution platforms, all machine material contact with quarts stone raw material are not polluting materials, can effectively prevent pollution; the system special design ensure the original mixed color will not be broken( pattern damaged),especially to avoid the traditionally roller type distributor with material spread undesiablly or unevenly.

Pressing machine

Shuoyu pressing machine adopts the most advanced high frequency and low vibration technology, ensure the rapid molding and shaping of the quartz slabs in the conditions of high vaccuum and high frequency vibration, and ensure the flatness of the slabs, no pin hole, fine perder slab without watermark, uniform texture, high density and high hardness.

Hot oil heaing type:  

 The vertucal oil heating steel plate oven adopts the lead-in plate to clamp the slabs for heating, so that the slabs is solidified, hardened and flat. The lifting of the entire oven or the light lifting slabe push type are both applicable can ensure the safety of operation. The heating system uses the heating plate to effectively control the heating temperature of the slabs surface, the heating transfer efficiency is high, the curing is thorough and without deformation.

 Edges cutting machine

Shuoyu edges cutting machine combines longitudinal and transverse well together, space saving, high cutting precision, fast and easy size adjustment.

New disc type calibratioin machine(thickness trimming machine)

Shuoyu new disc type calibration machine is a patented product, a new type of high efficiency and energy saving calibrating heads assembly, a new swing beam design, stable and smoothly swing. Adopts high speed rotary diamond grinding head to perform the steel milling and scraping on the slabs surface, so that the slab can get a smooth surface and the same thickness, to improve the effiency and quality of the the slabs when polilshing.
