Machine Description
The wire straightening cutting machine belongs to cnc wire cutting machine.The advantages of the machine are high-accuracy,cover small area and easy operation.It can straighten thin wire of 1mm diameter.
It is widely used in wire mesh production plants, building materials processing plants, hardware processing plants, machine distribution stores and cage processing plants,etc.
Working Principle
After the wire is straightened,it enters the discharge track.After it is pushed to the positioning device inside the track,the wire pushes the discharge track forward.When the preset length is reached,the upper punch coincides with the vertical cutter,the wire is cut off,the chute of the discharge track is opened,the wire falls down.
