Unit Introduction:
This series is mainly used for the production of undirectional stretch polyethylene plastic film (stretch film, winding film) and clingfilm, the production of the film can achieve the effect of one side or two side stick, widely used in building materials, hardware accessories and other packaging. The screw of the unit is made of 38CRNOALA alloy steel, which is nitrized and precision machined, with high hardness and durability. Temperature control using advanced automatic control system, T mold using multi-point adjustment, so that the film thickness is more uniform. The cooling device is cooled by circulating water with good cooling effect. The coiling device adopts friction coiling, and is equipped with edge cutting device and side material round-trip coiling mechanism, so that the coiling film is more orderly.
