Product Usage
Basic soup stock
1 packet of this product and 400cc of water
When using seasoning
Boil 500cc to 600cc of water for 5 minutes and season with seasonings, etc. (for dipping sauces, nabe dishes, etc.)
Tear open the dashi packet and use as powdered dashi.
(takikomi-gohan, fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, yakisoba, etc.)
Adjust the amount of water, simmering time, and seasonings to your taste.
When using seasoning
Boil 500cc to 600cc of water for 5 minutes and season with seasonings, etc. (for dipping sauces, nabe dishes, etc.)
