Using two or more continuous slitting processes for rolled material. The equipment is equipped with a precision knife holder,which can achieve high precision foil slitting. It is widely used in lithium battery, metal foil, optical film and other
functional film industries.
The main features
*Correction system for feeding is set to ensure the neat coils.
*Ultrafine alloy blade, good cutting quality and long service life;
*High slitting width precision, no burrs, waves, or indentations in the finished product;
*The amount for the feed knife is adjustable, and the ratio of the knife speed to the linear speed of the material is adjustable;
*By adjusting the inlet and outlet angles, it can adapt to the cutting of different materials and thickness values;
*Single stand structure, independent knife holder, equipped with dust removal device;

A. All the raw materials by lOC (Incoming Ouality Control) before launch whole process into the process after the screening.
B. Process each link in the process of IPOC ( lnput Process Ouality Control ) patrol inspection
C．After finished by QC full inspection before packing into the next process packing.
D．OQC before shipment for each slipper to do full inspection.
Q3: How can l install and operate the machine by myself?
A: Our system R&D based on integrated development view. when you get the machine, just need to connect it with the electrical power, then machine can be working. because the English software were installed in this machine. What’s you need to do is only learning the software usage, and the complete English user manual will be coning to you with the machine.
Q4: How to get technical support after purchasing?
A: Our factory providing online technical support in English, you can easy catch us online by SKYPE, WECHAT, WAHTSAPP or Email. if you need any remote assistant support. then we will support you though TeamViewer software.
Q5: What certificates do you have?
A. Since Europe and America are our main markets. all of our products are with CE /FCC compliant For some models, the certificates are already available. For other models, we will need your assistance to apply the certificates.
Q6: What's the warranty for the items?
A: We are very confident in our products, and we pack them very well, so usually you will receive your order in good condition.any quality issue, we will deal with it immediately Warranty for equipment is a year (12 months) lf the equipment parts are damaged due to nonhuman factors within one year. we will provide replacement parts free of charge.
