Q1. What is your terms of payment?
A1. T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A2. EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF,DDP.Which delivery terms are depending on your choice.
Q3. How about your delivery time?
A3. Generally, it will take 10 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Most time we have some in stock.
Q4. How to deliver?
A4. Our machines are generally packed in export wooden boxes. If it is by sea, after shipment, it will tell you the transit time and arrival time. Finally, all original files are sent to you via Express For Free. If delivered by courier to your doorstep(DHL,TNT, Fedex, etc.) or by air to your airport, or by logistics to the warehouse you require. We will tell you the tracking number after delivery.

A5. We have 1 year warranty for our machines. We will provide parts as free within warranty. Any time you can call or email us about the machine problems.
