This CNC hydraulic bar straightening and cutting machine is used for straightening and straightening the cutting of steel and steel bars of the building with cold rolling, the failure rate of the equipment is low, and the traction speed is high,This machine is low consumption, no damage of rib, low noise, vibration, and is equipped with safety device, automatic counting parking device, has high production efficiency, safe and reliable work, equipment and other significant characteristics of low failure rate, simple product maintenance.
1) The equipment is mainly used for automatically straighten stainless steel wire, galvanized wire, aluminum wire, cooper wire, and cut automatically according to the preset length.
2) Automatic wire straightening and cutting machine operation and maintenance are simple. It is mainly used for straightening and cutting the wire with diameter less than 6mm and the maximum cutting length is less than 2 metres.(But we can set the length of wire according to customer's requirement).
3) It has the functions of automatic counting, pre-setting cutting amount, stop working after finished working and etc. Compared with other suppliers, the straightening frame uses hot rolling process, better appearance, stronger rigidity and better straightening result.

The straightening machine is composed of a frame, a straightening mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a linear gun and a wire frame.
The straightening part is composed of a straightening shaft, a straightening pressing block and two bearing blocks to complete the straightening work of the wire, the power is the motor mounted under the machine frame, and the straightening shaft is rotated at a high speed by the triangular tape.
