Unwinding Part
The unwinding mechanism is a one-piece unwinding rack .The unwinding adopts shaftless hydraulic automatic feeding, whicheffectively saves labor and is convenient and simple to operate. Equipped with a set of adjusting stick device, adjustable by hand wheel. Unwinding adopts magnetic powder brake to brake. What's more, edge correction adopts Enruisi brand to achieve material follow-up


Winding Part
There are Two 3 inch pneumatic slip shafts and the locking mode is controlled by automatic inflation mode.The cutting knife adopts a flat knife, 10 split knives,10 round knives.Equipped with a set of waste edge blowing device and a set of finished sub-frames. Also, equipped with infrared ray on the paper tube position, effectively improving production efficiency
Winding tension is controlled by imported SMC electrician proportional valve, with automatic rotating sub-frame for unloading, people would save time and effort to effectively improve work efficiency, every machine equipped with a waste edge winder.
