Product Display
The module adopts PCF8574, which can make most MCU realize remote | / O port expansion through two bidirectional buses (I2C). The device consists of an 8-bit quasi bidirectional port and an I2C bus interface. The current consumption of PCF8574 is very low, and the parallel output latch has high current driving ability, which can drive led directly. It also has an interrupt connection (int open drain output) which can be connected with the interrupt logic of MCU. By sending interrupt signal through int, remote I / O port can inform MCU whether there is data input from port without I2C bus communication.
Note:
Due to different batches from different manufacturers, the versions of PCF8574 on the board may also be different. At present, there are PCF8574T and PCF8574AT versions with the same pin function, but different I2C device addresses. When the module arrives, first check the chip model, and then modify the l2cid number in the program. Be sure to read the following description.
