Why Double-walled Drum?
Wintop WS-R3 the outer and inner layer made of carbon steel. When gas is ignited, hot air fills full in gap between the outer and inner layers, the hot air is around the inner drum, avoiding roasting beans direct touching fire, harm beans by over heat, or Inhomogeneous heat.
Smoke Exhaust System
Hot air volume adjust in precision by hand operation; The chaff cyclone connects to the coffee roaster unit simply by a hoop, the exhaust smoke pipe is parallel to ground and shortest between the chaff cyclone and main unit, that greatly improve the hot air working efficiency. Easy to clean Mainyain, Install and unistall.
Precise Thermocouples
Germany PT 100 thermocouples with Japan Fuji temperature controller to get the real time temperature of coffee beans and exhaust air inside the drum.

High Performance Burner

Vacuum Pressure Gauge
Controlling airflow is very important during roast, Normally, we control airflow is only by manual damper.
But once you forget to clean up the exhaust pipe and exhaust fan motor in time, the dust and chaff may block the pipe or motor, or if you meet the bad weather (like strong wind, heavy rain etc.), you may not get exact pressure value by manual damper.

Double Walled Drum
WS-3 is released by a double-layer drum coffee roaster，the drum is made of two layers carbon steel alloy, drum total thickness is 10 mm. Carbon steel alloy has a better diathermancy than stainless steel. When it starts heating up, the hot air quickly full fill in the gap between two layers, the inner drum is surrounded by hot air, and the hot air can evenly through inner drum to beans for doing roasting to achieve gentle and evenly roast. Gas Gauge Locking Function
WS-3 Gas gauge is more precise and the gas pressure knob can be locked.
After you adjusted gas pressure value, you can push the gas pressure knob into machine to lock the operation and avoid someone else touching or misoperating it.
