Machine Structure:
The tubular centrifuge machine is mainly composed of organism, drum, main shaft, transmission and other components. The main components are described below:
Body:
It consists of an inner tank, a casing, a chassis, and a suspension system. The connection between the casing and the chassis is connected by the screw holes of the chassis and the sealing hoop at the bottom of the casing with a pressure plate. The entire body is supported by four buffer angles.
Chassis:
It consists of a cast iron chassis body and a glass fiber reinforced plastic lining cladding (or stainless steel, rubber lining and other cladding). The main function of the chassis is to collect and drain the filtrate.
Drum:
It is the main part of the machine, which consists of perforated drum body, drum bottom, bottom hoop, liquid barrier and other parts.
Spindle Device:
The main shaft device is composed of main shaft, bearing and bearing block. There is a thread on the top of the main shaft, which is convenient for pressing the drum with a nut. The main shaft is equipped with two bearings and supported by the bearing block. The bearing block is fixed in the middle of the chassis. The lower end is equipped with a pulley.
Transmission:
The transmission device is mainly composed of pulleys and other parts. When the motor is running, the pulley is driven by the motor wheel to drive the drum for high-speed separation.
