Basic working principle
After the air passes through the filter and the heating device, it enters the air inlet distributor at the top of the drying chamber. The hot air passing through the air inlet distributor enters the tower uniformly in a spiral shape, and the screw pump sends the liquid to the top of the tower body. In the centrifugal spray head, the material liquid is atomized into very small mist droplets, which greatly increases the surface area of the material liquid and the hot air. The small droplets and the hot air flow and sink together, and the water is quickly evaporated in a very short time. It is dried into powder and granular products, collected in the bottom of the tower and cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged to the outside.
