Currently operating from 4000 m2 unit manufacturing goods with the latest technology and knowledge available . Product Description
The baklava machine’s capacity is 70-80 kg per hour.Thickness of the dough can be reach up to 50-70 micron.Because of our machine not a type extruder style,it keeps the dough alive and fresh.This specialties keeps the dough can suck the butter and syrup very easily which makes the Baklava more tasteful.Most leading Baklava producer in Turkey and Europe use our machine in their production.The machine’s length 4,5 meter,width 1,5 meter,highest point 1,75 meter.Total Weight 1300 kg.
After we finish to produce the machine,we will start to the product development cycle. When we are in this issue,you or your representative can come and follow it then you can see the machine before it dispatched.
- We are working with order and our delivery time is 30-45 days.
- Machines and equipments will assembled by Mateks tecnicians.
- The machine warranty is 2 years.
- Electric and belt parts,mistake of personel are out of warranty.
- The buyer has to pay machine’s transportaion fee and insurance of property fee.
