Introduction of Rotary Dryer Machine

compound fertilizer, etc. Feeding and discharging unit is installed with thermocouple to control drier temperature. The 

temperature change of drier's feeding end can be indicated by the thermometer to control the inner drier temperature 

( generally 250-350o)

and gear cap. The accessories which are not in the the scope of this machine include firebox, feeding and discharging 

equipment, dust catcher, etc.

Installation of Rotary Dryer Machine

 

 

 

1. The equipment should be installed on the basis of the horizontal concrete, fastened by the foundation bolt.

2. The dryer body should be vertical with the level when installation.

3. Check the bolt from all the parts, assure it fastened.

4. Equipped with the power line and control the switch according to the equipment.

5. After check, it can be production after the normally testing.
