A: Generally, we pack our goods in our brand's color boxes and brown cartons.
Quantity is more than 1000 pcs, it can be customized color box/brown cartons.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: (1) 30% deposit by T/T in advance, 70% balance paid before shipment (EXW, FOB)
(2) 30% deposit by T/T in advance, 70% balance paid against copy of B/L( FOB, CIF)
(3) LC at sight.
Aslo, we'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take around 35 days after receiving your advance payment. The delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. What about the samples?
A: We would charge the sample fee & courier cost, and return the amount after the order is confirmed. Customer should be responsible for the shipping fee when they require specific delivery method.

Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery

Q7: Can you help me design or modify the products as we request?
A: Yes, we could devolop new products with your requested quality through our R&D department. Also, we would design according customers need with our professional design team all is possible if the MOQ is met.
