Working Flow (500kg/h advanced system)
1. Belt conveyor: conveying dirty plastic bottles into crusher. If too much scrap iron, metal detector may be needed.
2. S-series crusher: with water, cut plastic bottles into small size
3. Friction washing loader machine: washing out the sand, soil and loading the material
4. Floating washing tank: washing out the dirty from the material
5. Screw loader: load bottle flakes into the next step
6. Horizontal friction dewatering machine: washing out labels, dirty andremove dirty water
7. Floating washer tank: washing out the dirty from the material

9. Dewatering machine: remove the water from the material
10. Hot air drying system: drying the bottle flakes

A: In order to recommend the most suitable model, please let us know the material situation , including the composition ,
size,handling capacity and expected separation result .

A: We accept the payment by T/T or Western Union or Cash, L/C.
For T/T, the customer can choose 100% in advance or 30% in advance, and pay the 70% balance before shipment.
4) Q: What is the shipping port?
A: Usually we ship from Shenzhen/Guangzhou/Shanghai port. If you want to ship from another port we can coordinate with you.
5) Q: What is the lead time?
A: 60 days after payment and production drawing confirmation.
6) Installation
Installation manual and a guide video will be provided. What's more, We can also send engineers to your site for instructing
installation, debugging machine and training workers once you required.
7) Warranty
During the one year guarantee period, we change those damaged original components and parts free.
