Gypsum Powder Production Line can be used to process more than 280 non-flammable and explosive materials with a Mohs hardness of less than 9.3 and a humidity of less than 6%, such as barite, calcite, and potassium feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, activated clay, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock, gypsum, glass, insulation, etc.
Gypsum Powder Application
The gypsum powder was simply used for making chalk, putty, tofu and crafts. Nowadays, it has been widely used in many fields, such as construction and building materials.
1. The cement industry: Used as cement retarder and combined sulfate cement
2. Chemical materials: To produce ammonium sulfate, potassium sulfate and calcium carbonate
3. Building materials: Can be processed into stucco gypsum, plaster, gypsum, gypsum mortar, gypsum powder, gypsum board, etc
4. Soil improvement agent: Used for improvement of alkaline land
5. Industrial filler: Gypsum powder can be used as roadbed or industrial filler

Introduction to Gypsum Powder Production Flow
Gypsum stone is crushed into particles of less than 30mm in diameter, and the particles are grinded in the mill. After grinding, the powder which passes the classifier would be transformed into the furnace for calcinations, while the rest which doesn't meet the fineness requirements would return to the miller for a second grinding. The qualified calcined gypsum powder are sent to end product bin or workshop.

Blower
Grinded materials are blown into separator by blower for classification. With the function of impellers in the separator, materials without meeting the requirements of the fineness are fallen into grinding chamber for grinding again; materials meeting the requirements of the fineness are blown into cyclone powder collector with airflow through pipelines for separation and collection.
