Mingyang Rotary Dryer is designed to dry the wet content of different Raw Materials which contain moisture up-to 50 percent. The dryer is made of a large, rotating cylindrical tube. The wet material is entered into in-feed in-let and dried material gets discharged at the discharge end.
Moreover, its Vernacular names are Rotary Kiln Dryer, Tube Dryer, Drum Dryer, Sawdust Dryer, Rotating Drum Dryer and many more. Various types of raw material can be dried, such as Bagasse, Coffee Beans, Press Mud, Wood Chips, Paddy Straw, Groundnut Shells, Mustard Straw, Sawdust, Almonds Shells, etc.

Main Structure
Consist of rotating cylinder, transmission device, supporting device and shoveling plates etc.
This wood drying machine is resonably designed and with large drying capacity of 1-3Ton/ hore. There are shoveling plates in different angels welded throughtout inner side of the whole drum. The feeding place is set door ring and rotary shoveling plates to avoid materials splashing.
Working principle
1.Put the sawdust into the rotary drum dryer with transfer system, field by raising plate devide which are uniform distributor in the drum cylinder.
2.The sawdust are evenly distributed in rotary drum dryer cylinder, then fully contact with the hot air, speed um the drying heat and mass transfer.
3.During the drying process, under the effect of plate and hot treatment in rotary drum dryer, the materials are dried evenly and efficiently.
